Free Real Estate Software Tools: There are some great FREE real estate software tools that I personally use and highly recommend to other real estate investors. I would like to share with you some of the most popular ones.
Postlets.com – great to post your properties with photos, information and create an electronic flyer to syndicate on the internet, including posting on Craigslist, for sale by owner sites, social media, etc. They also have a Gallery Feature, where all the properties you have listed on there can be seen on one page and you can customize the header with your logo, contact information, etcetera.
DotLoop.com – new platform where you can upload contracts, sign them electronically and have other parties access the contracts online. It will save time and effort in sending documents back and forth, sign them and create a more paperless exchange.
Simplifyem.com – property management software. It helps you keep track of all the properties that you keep, tracking tenants, expenses, etc.
RealtyJuggler.com – (free for 90 days) CRM, Calendar, Tasks, Etc.
Reiwise.com – Real Estate Analysis Software, Free Widgets.
These are just some of the free software tools that you can find online. Of course they offer paid versions, but sometimes the free version will work just as well, especially when you are starting in real estate investing and you have limited resources for setting up operations and marketing.
